Napotkałem na stronę internetową z petycją do Mazdy w sprawie naprawy różnych problemów z NB1

Może trzeba trochę pomóc w zbieraniu głosów.

Na tej stronie moglibyśmy sami napisać petycję do Mazdy Polska, tylko jeszcze nie wiem jak ma do nich trafić

Mazda Europe jest głównym importerem, Mazda Espana to jak Mazda Polska

Jakiś czas temu dopisałem się do petycji i właśnie otrzymałem ciekawego maila od pomysłodowaców:

"First of all, thank you again to all of the loyal people who have called Mazda about their issues with the NB1 Infotainment unit in our cars.
Whether you are from the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Europe, Australia, Belgium, The Netherlands, or one of the many other nationalities who have taken part in this petition, I greatly appreciate your help.

*****I'm happy to report a bit of new information!*****

Recently I spoke with Mazda North American Operations, about the issues listed in the petition. Although I've been politely badgering them for months, I received official verbal and written confirmation that an update is in the works!

Now, the employee was unable to give an exact timeline for the update (not a surprise), but the update is "In the final stages of testing" over at Mazda Motor Corp in Japan, and is coming "soon". Although, again, I was told it could be weeks or months, we now have official confirmation of an upcoming update from a legitimate source!

Also interesting is the small tidbit of information the representative mentioned in passing (and had been rumored about around the forums beforehand): The update may include Hardware AND Software.

Take that information as you will, since it was said in passing, but we now officially have confirmation that an update is coming, and soon!

Once I hear an official confirmation the update is out, whether from my dealer or from the Mazda Customer Experience Center, I'll send a final burst message out to you supporters, and close the petition and mark it successful.

Without a doubt, this petition influenced Mazda's decision to try and resolve our issues.

Now let's just be patient! Hold on tight

To co ja czytam z wypowiedzi pracownika to że:
"testy mogą potrwać nawet do 2016 i jak wyjdzie jakaś nowa M6 III "po liftingu", wtedy wrzucą update nawigacji", a starzy użytkownicy pozostaną z tym czyś co mamy teraz

Po drugie: info że trwają jakieś prace może być tylko zabiegiem marketingowym żeby zadowolić klienta...
potem zaobserwują jakieś problemy: "że nawigacja po updacie wpływa na prędkość wystrzeliwanego strumienia ze spryskiwaczy oraz że aktualna pozycja powoduje problem z poprawnym otwieraniem schowka" i będzie wielkie nic.. że "nie da się" w obecnej wersji, ale "uwagi klientów zostaną wzięte do serca i przy M6 IV zostaną wprowadzone"...

aaa zdublowałem Twojego posta Sektor. Wrzuciłem to samo do Ogólny GJ -> Zgłoszenia do MMPOL. Można admina prosić o usunięcie tamtego zatem?

mam nadzieję, za dużo lat w "jakości" i "opieki nad klientem"...
a poza tym wolę być pozytywnie zaskoczony niż negatywnie rozczarowany

Hello again! As usual, thank you very much to all of the supporters of this petition!

I figured I would send out an update, as I've had a lack of communication with you recently.

I unfortunately have not received any new information regarding a software update for either the CX-5 or Mazda6. Mazda North America has failed to provide me any information whatsoever, or even attempt to stay in contact with me.

Now, I'm not sure whether their clear lack of communication has anything to do with the status of our update supposedly coming- but I'm not ready to give up. They have verbally told me (on multiple counts) our head-unit update was in the "final stages" in Japan.

I will likely be sending Mazda North America a copy of this petition, along with some comments- which is where you all come in.

***If you can, write a personal statement regarding this petition to be sent to Mazda. If desired, you can include your name and address or VIN to make it personal. No obscenities, and please check your grammar so I do not have to. No longer than a paragraph, please!***

Also, if you are able to, a small donation from just a few people would pay for me sending this document to Mazda, as well as the paper and ink to print so many pages. Everything will be sent via USPS Priority Express with Return Receipt (to verify someone at Mazda actually receives it).
